Tamworth Castle

Tamworth Castle is a typical Norman castle. The castle is well worth a visit in your campervan.

Next to the castle are pleasure gardens, ideal for walks and picnics in the Summer.In the summer brass band concerts are held here each Saturday.

Combined with a visit to Tamworth Castle, the facilities in the Grounds are excellent for families with an extensive adventure play area for children aged 3 to 14, a cafe, themed play area for under 6’s (Treasure Island), river walks.

St Agnes Parish Museum

Contains information on the landscape and the history of St. Agnes. The Museum is run by volunteers and is a registered charity established to promote the heritage of St. Agnes. The natural history display includes a 700lb leather back turtle.
